So fax is part of OE?

I'm looking back with search on moving files from Fax console and sent and
saved emails in OE6. I've ended up in oehelp.com and oebackup and am a little
unsure about saved faxes. I know they are tiff files and there is no "export"
in the file pull down (only import). Does this mean that if I use oebackup
(OEQB) it will automatically save the sent faxes when I transfer to a new
computer?
