HOW CAN I ADD SNOW TO MY HOME PAGE IN FRONTPAGE? DO I NEED SPECIAL CD'S?

I went there and downloaded it but all I get are Boxes Floating down instead
of Snow Flakes

And...what did you do with it after you saved it?
