SNMP.EXE generated errors...

....and is closed by Windows every time I try to start the SNMP service.
There is (as usual) nothing useful in the Event Log. Strangely enough I
couldn't find a single reference to snmp.exe crashing in Google. Any ideas?

W2K Pro SP4, eTrust EZ Antivirus, Zone Alarm.
