I have a virus called ALCAN that I can't seem to get rid of!!!! My antivirus seems to detect it but it keeps coming back!

Can anyone help me get rid of this?!

Here's my Hijack this log file if it helps!

Well, it's a Worm, not a virus ... sorry to be picky but you're not alone in thinking an AV program should help. It is spread mainly via P2P file sharing programs.
