Whats wrong? Looks ok. I'd loose AVG though.

Disable Teatimer or better still uninstall Spybot.

AVfeckinG, lose it, or really get stuffed.

SBSD, and TT just a waste of time (pun intended) it just ain't what it used to be ... go get SuperAntiSpyware.

Will do boss, its a shame though - ive been using both for quite some time now. Other than that it looks good then?
