Windows XP Windows XP Malware, Please Help.

Hello: I have both Security Solution 2011 and Personal Shield Pro on my daughter's system and can't get them off. Malwarebytes and Super AntiSpyware get stuck half way through a scan, so I tried running them in Safe mode. They run, but don't remove the malware/trojans. I've changed MBAM.exe to winlogon.exe, to fool the malware, but it hasn't been fooled. I've also run Spybot S & D. To no avail. Lastly, I also have Ad Aware Internet Security Pro and although it found problems and says it fixed them, the two malwares above are still there. Could Ad Aware be stopping the Malware softwares from running correctly?
