sndvol32 file missing or corrept

I have followed all the instruction to install sndvol32
file from the cd. I am unable to intall. Keep getting
messages that the path is not right..... destination in
not menttioned etc
Any advice.

I have mailed the file to you (if Hotmail will pass it) - about 200K. No
virus.
Put it in c:\windows\system32
