i am having a snap-in failure and was wondering if someone could tell me how
to fix it. i have been trying to download iTunes and the people at iTunes told me that the Snap-In Failure was my problem. they told me to come here and that you guys could help me to fix it. they told me that it might be citing a CLSID. if this is of any help to someone who can help me.
