SMS 2003 Remote Control fails to connect to WINXPSP2?

I got a problem when trying to start a remote control session from a SMS
2003 server to a Windows XP workstation with SP2 installed.

Before SP2 was installed on the workstation, I could just start remote tools
on the server and then click remote control control button - And I would be
able to start the session.

After applying SP2 to the workstation, remote tools wasn't able to find the
agent on the workstation, as expected - after opening TCP port 2701 in
Windows Firewall on the workstation, the remote tools could find the agent.

However, when we click on the Remote Control button to start a remote
session to the Workstation, the server reports that the current logged in
user doesn't have the right to access the client machine, even though it is
a member of the domain admins group? No matter what account we try using,
the result is the same?

On the client computer, the application avent logs this message:

Event Type: Failure Audit
Event Source: SMS Remote Control
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10
Date: 20-08-2004
Time: 09:51:45
User: N/A
Computer: CPHEGTD1-LT053
Description:
Remote user [Unknown] from [Unknown] is not permitted to access this
machine.

It looks like XPSP2 has somehow destroyed the client computer ability to
authenticate the SMS server service account?
