Smart-Finder has hijacked my IE 6 home page

A web page at http://www.best-search.info/ has taken over
my IE home page and I can't get rid of it. Actually ther
are two versions of the page that appear at different
times, but both have the same web address.
At the bottom of each page is a comment "If problem click
here" clicking there leads to a page that says you can
download an uninstaller and a company called Smart-
Finder.Biz. But the download link is a dead link. Have
searched the web to find info on Smart-Finder.Biz, but
nothing.
I have searched all over for the file/program/instruction
to take over my home page with no luck. Anyone familiar
with this unwanted hijacker and how to get rid of it?

Thanx for the heads up. I went and got the programs and
found out a lot more besides. Am in process of
installing and removing the virus.
