Home page hijacked

My home page and search page keep being reset to http://searchpage.cc/1524/
and when I click the link at the bottom of that page that says "problem
click here" it brings me to a page that I've copied and pasted below.

Yes, I was looking at free porn. I know I'm probably the only guy who
has done that on the internet, and I am truly ashamed of myself....NOT!

Should I trust the instructions to remove spyware?

Any other suggestions?

Is there anyway to track down the origin, and pay them back?

Here's the copied page...thank you
