Home Page Hijacked!

My home page has been hijacked to about:blank

The three buttons in the Home Page Section of the Internet Options tab are:
Use Current Use Default Use Blank

Use Default and Use Blank both set the Address to about:blank

I can change it for a particular session but it always changes back to about:blank

SpyWare and newest Norton do not show any offenders.

Any help would be appreciated.

First eliminate any spyware.

In WinXP SP2: You can fix Winsock by going to Start | Run and typing
CMD
In the command window type
netsh winsock reset
