Hijacked Web Page

Tim

In my Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0, I have a hijacked
web page. Upon visiting the page (a dictionary web site
and not my home page), my Internet Explorer immediately
goes to a website having the URL address "about:blank".

I would appreciate advice for eliminating the hijacking
and for preventing future hijacking.

Thank you kindly,

Tim

I had a similar problem, any web address I typed in, IE
immediately went to a specific web page that spyware and
antivirus software did not remove. I tried CWShredder
and it worked great! Thanks!

Hi, you're welcome but remember the CWShredder is case-specific
and does not remove all Spyware, download and run Ad-aware
and SpyBot Search & Destroy.
