when i'm on a web page, and i click on links on tjat page, the new pages open
in small windows and i have to maximize them. how do i get them to open
maximized ?

After opening IE, adjust the window manually to the preferred size, don't
use the Maximize button, that saves the setting.

IE page opens full, and so do other main pages. it's only when i open links
that are on a page that opens small. should i try the same technique that you
suggested. ( size window manually) ?
