small window in IE

All if the sudden all of my windows come up as realy
small. Like a 1 inch box in the left hand corner. How do I
get the window to open normaly. Email please to

All if the sudden all of my windows come up as realy
small.

Drag the window to the desired size, but do not use the "Maximize"
command. Press CTRL while you close the window.
