Slow

When I log on to the internet my opening page is hotmail. It takes a long
time for the java ads to open. When I navagate my mail it too takes a long
time. Also I get a pop up that says my active X settings will not allow some
things to download. Could some one please help me with this. I think it has
to do with my security settings thus don't understand what settings I should
have. I have cable high speed. A few months ago every thing was great. Also
my restart date will not allow me to go back far enough. I hope this is
enough imfo ...thanks

Set your security settings in Internet Explorer to Medium. Check your
firewall settings. Your Internet Service Provider should be able to help
with this. Always use anti-virus protection. Install a good anti-spyware
and anti-adware application as well.
