slow webpage loading

Hi, not sure if at the right place but i will post here, i am having
difficulty loading one particular website (paypal) i am using explorer 6,
have rang paypal they say its not them, ages loading, when it evenyually
loads symbol at the bottom of page reads error on page pictures are missing
just a red cross on page any ideas please

Thanks will try all the suggestions just thought that it was strange as its
only one site that has the prob, but have found one setting to high already.
will let you know if it works

well have tried all the suggestions on redx with no luck, have downloaded all
updates no luck, its just so strange that it only happens on 1 website.
More ideas anybody

If you have a problem at only one site, almost always the problem is at the
site end not yours.
