slow programme responese

Does anyone know what i can download to "clean" my
system. My programs appear to hang up now and again and
the response is fairly slow. Thanks

There are a numebr of things you can do. Firstly make sure you havnt got any
spyware installed on your computer as that can slow you down.
www.lavasoftusa.com/ Defrag you hard disk and delete any temp files.

Also depending on the spec of your machine you may find some programs do
hang. take note of what your doing and whats open when your program seems to
crash. that maght provide an answer.
