Slow Mail Response on Internet Explorer 6

All applications work ok except mail. When I click on
mail on my Comcast Home page it takes about 30 seconds to
load. Then I have to wait about 30 seconds to log in and
about another 30 seconds for messsages page to appear.
Each message takes a very long time to open.

make sure Ad-Aware and spybot have the latest updates.

also run spysweeper and CWshredder.
