Internet Explorer delay

I have a cable internet connection...but I am have a 30
second delay page to page or even trying to click on a
link. The page loads fast and normal but from there it
loads about 90% which then locks the page from doing
anything for about 30 seconds.

I have cleaned everything up..defraged..called Comcast,
nothing wrong with connection.

Any ideas?
