slow and kicked off

My computer is new, plenty of memory etc. It is so slow weather I am just using programs or trying to sign online. I have DSL for that. when I try to switch to another sign in name it take forever or won't switch. I am constantly rebooting and I am constantly receiving messages that a report has been sent to Micosoft. Duing an application, I get kicked off & screen goes black & comes back up yo windows screen.

If that fails and since the computer is new, perhaps you should
contact the manufacturer while still in warranty.

Log off profiles instead of switching. Other wise you're splitting your system resources in half.

Regardless of your hardware, you're exhausting your system.
