Slipstreaming DX9b?

Is there any easy way to slipstream DX9b onto a windows
xp cd? I want to do it the same way a service pack would--
installed at the same time as Windows--but not having
DX8.1 installed first then 9.0b or any unattended
installs. Or perhaps SP2 could have 9.0b.
