Slipstreaming 80 Updates & SP-1

Lanny Bender

My current OS is Windows XP Pro, with SP-1 installed and 80 updates for XP,
IE, and OE (all available).
Don't ask me to tell you which updated which program. Suffice it to say
that the updates started on September 4, 2002 and continued through
September 22, 2004, with the installation of "Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0
Service Pack 3". Sometime in September, I installed SP-1.

My question is how do I create a slipstream CD with my current OS, in
preparation for SP-2?

The following is probably not for this forum, but it may be related. My
current IE6 is acting up. It goes into the Twilight Zone quite frequently.
When I click on a link, IE6 tries to go to the URL, then sits there. I
wait, and wait, and wait. Sometimes I've waited for 15 minutes for the link
to come up, without success. I've cleared the temp files and cookies to no
avail. I have an up-to-date anti-virus program, which I run every morning
when I start my PC. I use Webroot's "Spy Sweeper" as my spyware/malware
cleaner, and run it every evening to clean these pests from my system.

Can someone answer my first question? And offer advice for my IE6 problem?

Not that it answers your question, but why not slipstream SP2 instead?
By doing so, you eliminate the need for the 80 updates since they are
included in it.
