Well, if it's off the original Microsoft media, it's not. :)

You can only tell if someone has specified it, or you personally
created the slipstreamed version. You can make an educated guess
about it if you use Windows Update or HFNetChk or the like and your
new system needs no or few updates.

Note that some versions of Microsoft's original media and many OEM
media will have service packs slipstreamed.
