Slipstream XP SP2 Home Use

I have made slipstream disks of XP Home (and Pro) with SP2 for convenience of
performing clean installs on several computers. I have the keys for each
computer. They are all OEM licenses. Can I perform a fresh install with an
Upgrade key using the slipstream disk (both XP Home)? Or am I better off
just using the original upgrade disk and then running SP2 installation?

OEM copies cannot technical be used to upgrade. One of their
"disadvantages" and one of the reasons they are cheaper.

Thank you for the response. The Upgrade disk was an OEM disk and I was
successful using the associated Upgrade disk Product Key when installing with
a slipstreamed XP SP2 disk made from an OEM Home original install disk.
Perhaps because both were OEM products the install worked.

Thank you for your time.
