slam cam,photosuite and xp

i got a wwf slam cam with photo slam software by
photosuite for $10 on e-bay. i am not even sure if i will
be able to use this device. i have installed the software
from the disk but apparently no drivers were found. i
tried to contact the manufacturer, toymax and mgi
software. i made it to a roxio website. they only offer
support to the privileged masses who did not buy their
product used on e-bay. i have no way to register it,
hence no support. i found no real info. about the device
or drivers.
the camera was recognized the second time when i changed
the serial connection. windows cannot find the drivers.

does anyone have any info. or experience with this.

thanks walt. i had already been there. i have not called
the number. this company is not user friendly. visit the
discussion forum and read the post close to mine,lol.
