Error 1316 when installing PhotoSuite

I have encountered an error 1316 when trying to install
Roxio PhotoSuite. The exact message I receive is "A
network error occurred while attempting to read from the
file C:\\WINNT\Temp\WZSE1.TMP\PhotoSuite 5\Roxio
PhotoSuite 5.msi"

I have Windows 2000 SP4, and no previous or current
versions of this software on my machine.

I'd appreciate any help as I've contacted all support
channels at Roxio and they haven't been able to assist.
