MGI Panorama

Hi,

Does anybody know what's happened to MGISOFT company? Was it renamed to
Roxio or what?

I downloaded a very cool tool - MGI Panorama and was enjoying for a few
years, but I can't find a link that I used a few years ago. This is the best
tool I've ever seen to create panoramic pictures. All others are very bad
comparing to this application, but...

I wanted to find and to buy the latest version of this tool but couldn't
even find a link. The searching machine redirects me to Roxio web store and
that's all. But no one program like that was found in this store.

Maybe it became a part of PhotoSuiteR 7 Platinum?
