Skype phones

Can anyone help me please I use Skype and I have just upgraded my phone to a
cordless one and after I installed the software the phone works fine but I
have lost the sound on my speakers on the p.c.if I unplug the phone usb the
sound comes back on. Push in the phone usb the sound goes off again.
Any ideas.Derek

It is a cordless why you need the USB?

The power to charge the batteries in the handset come from the base station
which is plugged into the usb it is only cordless when lifted of the base
station if you know what I mean it wont work unless it is plugged into the

Hi Derek,
is there is n't an option in the control Panel on Skype to configure that
for you.
Try to contact Skype for help I realy can't help you in this as I can't see
the scenario face to face and the Skype Control Panel/version!.
