Skype for Windows 98SE

Hi,

I am mailing from Dubai the ISP here (part of the goverment) has
blocked the webacess to the skype website itself. Due to which I am
unable to dowload the latest version of teh software for win XP. Could
any one please tell me where I can download the same or could you send
it as mail?

To tell you the truth dubai is slightly better off than saudi but they
are all the same here they like to run a tight ship

actually censor a web site for merely providing a means of
