Skype and my webcam

On my P/C a Creative Webcam is installed and functions well under MSN
Messenger.

Under Skype it doesnt work infoming me that i need Microsoft XP. I am
working under XP. My collegues have the same P/C and configuration and
everything works well also with SKYPE. What to do?
