Size of IE Browser Window

I can NO Longer resize the size an open Internet Browser window. I can Max
the Window, I can Minimize the Window. When I Click on the RESTORE DOWN (two
overlaying boxes in the upper right corner of the Browser Window) the Window
resizes to a small Window and normally you can use your Mouse and resize this
Window when you see the Two way arrow appear as you move your mouse pointer
over the edges of the Window. The two way arrow does not appear, and I am
stuck with this small Browser Window. There have been NO changes to my PC.
I've checked all the setting I could find...(again, I can Minimize the open
IE Window, I can Max the Window, its the RESTORE DOWN Browser Window that is
now locked in a small size and I cannot resize it. I can resize other
windows (other than IE) like Outlook or opened software. How do I correct
this problem?

Hi,
Try this... with only an IE window open, right-click an unused area of the
taskbar and choose Cascade Windows or Tile Horizontally or Tile Vertically.
One of those may resize the window and make it behave.

Or, go to http://windowsxp.mvps.org/IEFAQ.htm#IEMax download and run the REG
file to reset IE default window size.
