Single user can't print to local

A single user when trying to print - the job goes from app to print queue and
then disappears from the queue - however nothing prints. Any other user can
login and print w/o problems so it's not hardware.

Ideas???

Any system event logs when this user prints?. Look for 61 with Event 5
(access denied) is my first thought. Check ACLS on the spool directory
(typically \windows\system32\spool\printers.

If this is a connection check the server for the event logs.
