Since deleting Windows Defender, I can't access the internet

Now that I uninstalled WD, I can type in the address of the website I want
but the links on the pages do not work.
 
I don't know about Messenger Plus, but I did find help in one of your other
responses on this site. I am up and running now. Thanks alot.

Thanks for letting us know, if you don't mine could you tell us how you
fixed it, or the post with the reference, so we can keep the community
informed and saves somebody else the hours of trawling through the web trying
to find a solution.
