Simple server inventory script

Hey guys,

Anyone have any recomendations on a free simple utility to scan a server for
processor speed, ram, and os version?

Is this a "trick" question? How about using the information displayed
in System Properties or using the msinfo32 tool? Maybe another one of
these questions that I'm too slow to figure out.
