I'm after a simple RAM & CPU monitor with a "bar" graph that can tell me
usage when using my new CD/RW.

It will be used with Win'98 ,Celeron 400 processor.

TClockEx will do this, plus it comes with a pretty good clock.

Although most ram monitors are pretty accurate , cpu monitors are very rarly
accurate on 98 machines.In fact ive tried most and only 2 seem to work
correctly (most give very high usage when in fact its low) but unfortuneatly
are payware apart from process explorer http://www.sysinternals.com/ (if i
remember correctly).Heres a FAQ (from a payware programme)that gives links
showing the cpu monitoring problem on 98 systems.
