Simple question that's driving me crazy!

Someone please come to my aid before I go mad!

I have windows 2000, and Outlook express for my e-mail.
Suddenly, to access my e-mail the computer is asking for
my password once I get into Outlook Express. However, I
set up the account over 3 years ago and cannot remember
what it is!

How can I find out what my password is?? I cannot retrieve
or send e-mails until I enter the correct password. It
gives me no hints or anything - I'm stuck.

The e-mail address above is for another computer I own,
otherwise, I wouldn't be able to receive anyone's reply.

Help, and thanks to anyone who can help me!

Someone please come to my aid before I go mad!This sometimes indicates that you are not logged on to the network
properly, and if you wait 5 - 10 minutes it corrects itself.
