Simple phone call from c#

I need to make an application wich makes phone calls automatically and the user only hang up the phone to response. This application can use a conventional phone or use the conmutator of the office with several users. Please, help me to find all the documentation for this.

You need to look at TAPI, if you go to gotdotnet.com, there are several examples that work in the user samples section.
