Signatures

I've looked thru the threads regarding problems with Signatures but I don't
think I saw an answer to the problem I am experiencing. I have a signature
file that I want to insert. When I click to browse to the file, then click
ok, only a red x appears in the window and in the emails. A friend of mine
tried using the same file and she has no problem. We are both using Outlook
2003 and HTML as the message format. I realize the image is probably
considered a picture but I am not trying to download it from the Internet.
It is already saved on my hard drive. Any ideas?

I've actually followed all of those instructions and it still hasn't solved
my problem. Thanks anyway!
