signature problem

I am trying to create a signature with a jpg file. The problem is that
when i insert the signature the image doesn't show up. There is only a
red x.
The original image location resides in the signature folder and is
present when i click on the html file.

Can anyone here help
me?

Bob, did you ever figure out to get the picture to display? I'm having the
same problems and have followed the instructios on the help pages
also...without any luck. Please advise...thanks in advance
