Signature with image dispalys red x

I have a user who receives an internal email with a signature, the signature
contains a graphic. She can she the text part of the signature fine but the
graphic only displays a red X. If she takes the email and forwards it the
grapgic shows up in the email even before she sends it and the recipent
receives it with the graphic. Their are sevral people using the same graphic
in their signatures and she can only not see them from certain people.
