Outlook 2003 - Signature Graphics

K

Kiwi Harry

Hi.

Whenever people send me an email that has a graphic component as part of
their signature, all I see is a blank box with a Red X. If I reply or forward
their message, then the graphic does show whilst I am composing the email.

If I check the replied to/forwarded email from the sent items box, the blank
box is shown again.

Any ideas on why I don't see the graphic when I read the email?

I have Outlook 2003-SP3 and am running XP Professional-SP3

Thanks
Harry

Thanks Diane.

The solution on that page has resolved my issue.

See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/redx.asp - you need to empty the
securetemp folder.
