Signature Line - Trouble when I hit the Reply button

Hello,

I have a few email addresses linked to my Outlook account. I have a business
email address that has a specific signature line. It comes up automatically
when I hit new message.

But it does not come up automatically when I hit the reply button to a
message.
Do you have any pointers?

2 things;
-it will only show automatically when you reply to mails that have been
received with the business account
-it will only show when you have it configured to insert the signature on
reply/forwards as well

In addition to that I assume you already have Word set as your email editor?
