Outlook 2003 Shuts Down when I hit "Reply" on emails

Having a new problem in the last few weeks I've never encountered before with
Outlook Express 2003: when I open my emails & hit "reply", it automatically
shuts the program down. Any thoughts on how to fix this/what the issue is?
Please advise, I can't use my email at all.

Sorry, but there's no such thing as "Outlook Express 2003". You must have
either Outlook 2003 or Outlook Express V6. Click Help>About and look. If you
find you do have Outlook 2003, post back.
