my signature always changed to Time New Romans font when i reply messages... how can I keep it as Arial?

thanks.

Try setting it under Tools | Options | Compose. If its HTML, its possible the original sender has it set to only display the TNR font. You would have to check the source code (usually its a style applied to the BODY tag).

Is the reply format HTML or plain text?

Also, do you have this setting enabled: Tools, Options, Send,
"Reply to messages using the format in which they were sent".
