No one but me uses my computer and I do not want to have
to sign in each time I turn on my computer. How can I
opt out of this option?

Go to Start>Run and key in:
control userpasswords2
<ENTER>

Under the Users tab, if the checkbox beside "Users must enter a user name
and password to use this computer" is checked, uncheck, click Apply, OK.

Another way to do this;
