Hi, I installed MS Flight Simulator 2000 on my new computer with
Windows XP. I added my old MS Sidewider Pro (not force feedback.) It
does not autodetect this joystick so I go to "add game controller" and
tell it to add Microsoft Sidewinder Pro autodetect from the list
available. When I choose this and press "OK" it comes up with the
message
"your gameport or gameport drivers are not properly configured.
Please consult the device manager."
I thought Windows XP was supposed to have all the necessary drivers
that this needed. How do I get this going??
Any ideas?
Thanks
Dave
