When i shutdown my computer a messege says "stopping
Windows file protection" What does that mean and should I
be concerned?

WFP designates certain files as important system files,
initially those which are installed during the initial
installation of the system, i.e. all dll, exe, sys etc..
It basically has one use, it exists to protect the Windows
system files from being modified, whether accidentally or
otherwise. Should you be concerned no, since it closes on
shutdown it must mean its running on boot up.
Cheers Kev
