Shutdown problem

When I shutdown windows xp, I get the dialogue box saying
it can't shut a program down and do I want to end it. At
the top of the box it says "cmd sample". Can you tell me
what the problem is? I ran a search for sample.exe and
found one in a zipped file, but nowhere else. Thanks.

Whats the file that its trying to end? You probloby have spyware. Spyware is
badly written therefor causing freezing

I've searched for sample.exe and found nothing. When I
search for "sample" I get lots of hits but nothing that
looks executable. I've run Spyware and AdAware and have
Spyblaster installed, and no problems come up. I'll try
Spyware Doctor to see if it turns up something the others
haven't. Thanks.
