SHUT DOWN

HELP! Every time I launch Explorer my system shuts down! Sometimes I can work
on the internet for hours with no problem, but now the problems getting more
frequent - every 20 minutes or so! Any ideas????
 
To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type:
SFC /SCANNOW
